1. Overview

Validor Technologies values privacy and is committed to handling information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how Validor Technologies collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information across its websites, applications, AI tools, private business systems, customer portals, support channels, and related services.

This policy is written as a general privacy policy for Validor Technologies and its applications. Additional terms, contracts, platform notices, or client-specific agreements may apply to particular products, private deployments, subscriptions, or integrations.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly may include your name, email address, business name, account details, onboarding form responses, project requirements, website content, messages, support requests, feedback, uploaded materials, and other information you choose to submit.

For private deployments and business websites, Validor may collect project-specific information such as brand assets, product or service details, business workflows, customer-facing copy, operational preferences, e-commerce configuration details, analytics requirements, and support history.

When you use Validor applications, we may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, links clicked, feature usage, approximate location derived from technical signals, log data, error reports, and timestamps.

If you create or access an account, authentication providers may process login details, identity verification signals, session information, and security-related metadata. Validor may receive account identifiers and profile information needed to operate the service.

3. How We Use Information

Validor uses information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve its websites, applications, AI tools, private deployments, support services, customer communications, administrative workflows, and business operations.

We may use information to create and manage accounts, respond to inquiries, process onboarding submissions, deliver project work, configure applications, provide technical support, send transactional messages, manage subscriptions, analyze service performance, troubleshoot issues, protect against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for reporting, product planning, service improvement, quality assurance, security analysis, market understanding, and internal business decision-making.

4. AI Features And Automated Assistance

Some Validor services use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate responses, summaries, recommendations, content drafts, analytics, workflow support, or operational insights. Information submitted to AI-enabled features may be processed to produce the requested output and maintain service reliability.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain uses. Users should review AI outputs with human judgment before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, safety, hiring, compliance, or other high-impact decisions.

Validor designs AI workflows with privacy and data boundaries in mind, but users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the requested service and appropriate safeguards or agreements are in place.

5. Private Deployments And Client Data

For private business websites, custom applications, analytics systems, and AI-supported deployments, Validor may use client-provided information to design, configure, host, support, maintain, update, and improve the requested system.

Client data may include business information, website copy, product information, operational requirements, customer interaction data, analytics data, account settings, and support communications. Validor uses this information within the scope of providing and supporting the contracted or requested service.

Validor does not sell client data. Validor does not use client branding, proprietary business information, or customer data outside the scope of delivering, supporting, securing, improving, or administering the relevant service, except with permission, as required by law, or as necessary through service providers acting on Validor's behalf.

6. Payments, Billing, And Subscriptions

Validor may offer paid websites, subscriptions, maintenance plans, private deployments, or related services. Payment information is generally processed by third-party payment providers, and Validor does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on its own systems.

Validor may retain limited billing information such as customer identifiers, subscription status, invoice records, transaction history, payment dates, plan details, and billing communications for account administration, support, tax, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Third-Party Services And Integrations

Validor may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email delivery, customer support, database infrastructure, AI processing, error monitoring, communications, social media metrics, and other operational services.

These providers may process information as needed to provide services to Validor. Their use of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies, contracts, and platform terms.

Some Validor products or client systems may connect to external platforms such as payment processors, social platforms, analytics tools, e-commerce services, or authentication providers. Information shared through those integrations depends on the permissions, settings, and data flows configured by the user, client, or platform.

8. Cookies, Analytics, And Similar Technologies

Validor websites and applications may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, secure services, and improve the user experience.

Users may control some cookie or storage behavior through browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect login, account features, analytics accuracy, personalization, or service functionality.

9. How Information Is Shared

Validor may share information with service providers, contractors, professional advisors, payment processors, hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, and other vendors that help operate or support Validor services.

Validor may share information when necessary to complete a requested transaction, deliver a private deployment, comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or support a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

Validor does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling customer data for money. If legal definitions of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising apply in a particular jurisdiction, users may contact Validor for available choices.

10. Retention

Validor retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, support projects, preserve business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, service context, legal requirements, client agreements, backup practices, and operational needs. When information is no longer needed, Validor may delete, anonymize, archive, or securely retain it as appropriate.

11. Security

Validor uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Security measures may include access controls, least-privilege practices, authentication safeguards, encrypted transport where appropriate, monitoring, provider security controls, and operational review. No website, application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should contact Validor promptly if they believe an account, integration, or private deployment may have been accessed without authorization.

12. Your Choices And Requests

Depending on your location and relationship with Validor, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restrictions on certain personal information. You may also be able to object to certain processing or opt out of certain communications.

Users may contact Validor to update account information, request account-related assistance, ask privacy questions, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or request review of information associated with a Validor service.

Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, billing records, dispute resolution, contractual requirements, backups, or the need to continue providing requested services.

13. Children's Privacy

Validor services are intended for business and general audience use and are not directed to children under 13. Validor does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Validor learns that such information has been collected, it will take appropriate steps to delete it or obtain required consent.

14. International Users

Validor is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Validor or its service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By using Validor services or submitting information to Validor, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in locations outside your state, province, or country, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes To This Policy

Validor may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.

Continued use of Validor services after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies to information handled after the effective date, subject to applicable law.
